Belly Dancing

Belly dancing is the most wonderful for of exercise: it promotes core strength, posture, balance, coordination, flexibility and rhythm, as well as improving confidence.

It is joint friendly, and suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

Alongside the techniques, I teach about the history (which is far removed from what most people think!) cultural context and of course about the music, costumes an rhythms.
