Sun Tai Chi & Chi Gung

Sun Tai Chi & Chi Gung Teaches the 97step form, classes always include some chi gung.

I have been practicing Tai Chi for 20years, teaching for 12.  My favourite style is Sun Tai Chi and I teach the 97 step form.  Classes always include some Chi Gong, especially “Lift Chin Up and Pour Chin Down” which was pronounced as the most beneficial health enhancing chi gung by the Chinese Sports Bureau.  I believe that Tai Chi should be relaxing and enjoyable with any health benefits coming as a bonus.
