A two hour workshop looking at basic Pilates exercises using the principles of the Alexander Technique to help you benefit more from your exercise programme and to give you greater clarity about how you are exercising.

The Pilates exercises we will be using are: knee folds, spine curls, roll downs, hamstring stretch, biceps and triceps, arm openings and chalk circles

In addition, we will be looking at the psoas muscle and flexors and extensors of the torso to help with alignment and the dreaded duck’s arse!!

No experience of the Alexander Technique is necessary.
