There are five stages in human development – embryonic, creeping, crawling, standing and walking. Each stage is a foundation for the next. Combined, all five stages help people to integrate physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. When practiced daily for five minutes and in the correct sequence, these stages facilitate optimal alignment and function. Practicing the Nia 5 stages allows your body to naturally reclaim the physical mobility, flexibility, strength, agility and stability you need to align Your Body’s Way with The Body’s Way.

The continued practice of the Nia 5 stages provides a way for your body to do what it does best – which is to take care of itself and self heal.

The Nia 5 stages class is held on Saturdays 12.30 - 1.30pm.
Each week you will go through the basic format of the Nia 5 stages practice and then there is a different class focus on a body part or Nia principle.
