Living Foods at The Studio

The Living Foods Lifestyle Choices programme at The Studio is run over a six week period. Each week you will receive information to support you in your transition to a more healthy lifestyle.

You will have ‘homework’ which will involve reading, simple tasks or changes to your existing lifestyle. It’s your choice about how much you do.
