Egyptian Bellydance

Bellydance is the most wonderful form of exercise: it promotes core strength, posture, balance, coordination, flexibility and rhythm, as well as improving confidence.

It is joint-friendly, and suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

Alongside the techniques, I teach about the history (which is far removed from what most people think!) cultural context and of course about the music, costumes and rhythms. 

Come along and learn about this wonderful dance!

Suitable clothing is yoga pants and top or similar, and bare feet
