Nia Intensive Training and Masterclasses in 2012
Black Belt trainer, Helen Terry (pictured left) from Houston Texas will be back at The Studio to run a White Belt Intensive Training on 29th March - 4th April 2012 and a Blue Belt Intensive Training on 29th July - 4th August 2012.
