Emma Malone
Emma took up Pilates in 2003, while living on Vancouver Island and could not believe the changes it made to the health of her own back and general well-being. After many years working in the pharmaceutical industry, Emma decided to change career and train to teach Pilates. She hopes to eventually combine her Pilates teaching with her other passion in life, horse-riding and is currently training with Mary Wanless to be a Ride with Your Mind Biomechanics Coach, but is not an accredited teacher of her method, yet!
Helen Langley
Helen moved home to Cheshire after living in London for 20 years where she has been working with pregnant & postnatal women and their babies since 2001. Having attended 'YogaBirth' classes whilst pregnant, she gave birth to both her children in water, which inspired her to undertake a training course to enable her to help other women to prepare their minds and bodies for pregnancy, labour and beyond. Helen also teaches yoga for the postnatal period and trained with Peter Walker to teach his Developmental Baby Massage method.
