Jill Raine
Jill Raine runs The Studio and teaches most of the classes. She is qualified and insured to teach the Alexander Technique, Body Control Pilates (mat and Core Stability), and Nia in which she is a Brown Belt.

Sally Pearson
Yoga has been my passion for over 25 years. I have studied with a variety of teachers from different Yoga disciplines. Seven years ago I attended my first Dru Yoga Class and was immediately hooked. It was like coming home, it was the kind of Yoga I had been looking for all my life. As a consequence I have spent the last four years training as a Dru Yoga Teacher and am currently training to teach meditation. I love the flow and softness that Dru brings to Yoga. I feel it works on a deeper level than other forms of Yoga I have practised.
Tom Callanan
Tom has great fun with his Nia class on Monday evenings at 7.00 pm. He qualified as a White Belt teacher in 2005 and a Blue Belt at Easter 2008. A painter and decorator during the day, he brings his energetic Irish roots out to play in his Nia classes at night.
Becky Bland
Becky is a Blue Belt Nia teacher who teaches at The Studio on Mondays 10.00 - 11.00 am. She combines a hectic social and family life with her Nia practice and has a particular skill in teaching creative, high energy classes.
Andrew Hall
Andrew was educated at the Royal Ballet School and spent 7 years as a member of the Hamburg Ballet. He qualified as a Body Control Pilates teacher in 2005 and works at various venues in the North West. He teaches mat and Core Stability classes at The Studio.
