    Lynn Owen- Studio Manager - Hatha Yoga - Traditional Chinese Acupuncture. A bit about myself, I have been practising yoga for 30 years, mostly Hatha, Iyanga and Ashtanga Yoga. I am very passionate about using yoga to improve health and well being and particularly like to focus on back and neck care All my classes have an emphasis on correct alignment and awareness including breathing techniques/pranayama to calm the nervous system. Acupuncture: I qualified in 1999 (Traditional Chinese Acupuncture). After three years of training, I then went on to spend a month in Hongzhou China, on a study trip. I am also a Remedial Massage Therapist and often use massage during my acupuncture sessions, especially when treating muscular skeleton problems.
