Body Control Pilates ®
® Body Control Pilates is a registered Trade Mark used under licence

Daily mat classes of maximum 12 people are run by Jill Raine and Emma Malone who use a unique structured programme of 14 levels starting from complete beginners right up to Full Mat level.

If you have already done Pilates, an initial assessment is required before you can join a class to ensure that you enrol in the right level of class for your ability.

Complete beginners join the Pilates Preparation class which is a six week course designed to teach you all the basics to enable you to start exercising safely plus information on anatomy, alignment and breathing.

Jane Hall also teaches matwork classes at The Studio in which she incorporates her own unique style of teaching.

Jill runs Core Stability classes in which Pilates mat exercises and special ball exercises are done on physio balls and the Triad Ball class which involves mat exercises with a small ball. Both these classes are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced people.
